01 Who this policy covers

Ronet Software LLC is a Wisconsin limited liability company ("Ronet Software," "we," "us," "our," or "the company"). This policy describes how we handle personal information in our capacity as a business, including correspondence sent to our business contacts, dealings with vendors and service providers, and personal information connected to the company's products generally.

Where a specific Ronet Software product, such as Extrudix, has its own privacy policy describing how that product handles user data, that product-specific policy governs your use of that product. This page is the company-level policy that sits above any individual product.

02 Business correspondence

If you contact us, by email, through a contact form, or through any other channel, we keep the message, your contact details, and our reply so we can respond to you and keep a record of the conversation. We use this information only to communicate with you and to operate our business, and we keep it for as long as needed to handle the matter and a reasonable period afterward.

03 Vendors, contractors, and service providers

In the course of running the company, we work with vendors and service providers such as payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and professional advisors. Where any of these providers process personal information on our behalf, they do so under their own privacy policies and, where required, under a data processing agreement with us. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the personal information involved.

04 Job applicants and business partners

If you apply for a role with us, send a business proposal, or otherwise reach out as a prospective partner or contractor, we use the information you provide solely to evaluate and respond to that inquiry, and we keep it only as long as needed for that purpose unless you ask us to retain it for future opportunities.

05 What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not build advertising profiles, and we make no automated decisions about individuals based on the personal information described in this policy.

06 International transfers

Where personal information is processed by a service provider located outside your country, that provider relies on appropriate safeguards for the transfer, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable. We ourselves operate from the United States.

07 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of any sale or sharing, which we do not engage in. To exercise any of these rights, email support@ronetsoftware.com. We will respond within the time the law allows, and we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

08 Children

This policy and our business dealings are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the channels described here.

09 Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
